O’Callaghan Collection, formally known as O’Callaghan Hotel Group is one of the leading privately-owned hotel groups in Ireland.
O’Callaghan Collection is a group of five luxurious and boutique hotels in Dublin and Gibraltar, all of which have been recently updated and refurbished to give our guests a truly exceptional experience in ideal and convenient locations. Formerly known as the O’Callaghan Group, our story began in 1990 with the opening of our first hotel, The Mont Clare Hotel, just off Merrion Square in Dublin. The O’Callaghan Collection is a family run business that also owns Só Living, a luxury apartment rental agency.
Recognising that today’s guest needs more from a hotel than just a comfortable bedroom, the Group embarked on a journey to extensively refurbish and redesign our hotels to give each one a unique character and some truly special features to serve the needs of all our guests, both business and leisure. The Alexander Hotel was refurbished and renamed as The Alex in 2017, The Davenport which was refurbished in 2018, The Stephen’s Green Hotel was refurbished and rebranded as The Green in 2018, and finally The Mont, Dublin’s newest hub for the digital native traveller, was launched in August 2019.
