Steeped in history, the Davenport Hotel dates back to the early 17th century. All the areas have been fully refurbished in 2018 giving them a new sparkle of luxury.
the lobby
The lobby with its Italianate and neoclassical atrium, is filled with natural light coming from the front window and the ceiling.
the bedrooms
The fully refurbished bedrooms express a sense of luxurious comfort created through the colour scheme of subtle greys with popping citrus bursts. Each bedroom features super king size beds with King Koil mattresses, a seating area, a desk and a spacious, full marble bathroom. Simplicity at its best with the finer touches of a rainforest shower and brass fixings to ensure a truly superb experience.
dining
The marble tables, art deco lights, light blue walls and the leather chairs and sofas give the restaurant a sense of modern luxury with a classical twist. The attention to detail is reflected in the fine china and cutlery, and in the refined selection of food and afternoon tea on offer.

The brand new bar with iconic blue walls, golden ceiling and beige sofas has been designed to give our guests a sophisticated, elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
